Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross is a centuries old tradition of the church, where the faithful are invited to participate in Christ's final hours before His Crucifixion.

In the middle ages it became custom for the faithful to journey to Jerusalem to trace the Via Delorosa or "Way of Sorrows"  -various points of devotion from Jesus' trial to His execution.  Since most people then (or now) don't have the means for such travel, the Church has placed these fourteen stations along the walls of the Church for use by the average person.

Join us Wednesdays in Lent in the main church for this simple, but profound, time of reflection and meditation where we walk the "Way of Sorrows" and give thanks for our Lord and Savior who died so we might live.

Stations are held from 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Wednesdays in Lent (February 17th - April 1st)

Nursery care is available and all are welcome!
